The Internet Begging Experiment, or IBE, was created on June 11th, 2009.  This experiment aims to determine what happens when one million people generously donate $1 each to a great cause.

Internet begging is not a new phenomenon, but the IBE is planning to change the world.  Once 1 million dollars has been raised, half will be donated to a charity of choice.  You have the option to vote for your choice in the poll located in the sidebar of the home page, www.internetbeggingexperiment.com.

Once the goal has been reached, the IBE encourages you to continue with your donations as a non-profit organization will then be formed to help the individual in financial crisis.
